气动切断阀


根据温度不敏感型限流切断阀的技术指标和功能要求,研制出了具有模块化结构的温度不敏感型限流切断阀。气动切断阀利用轴向三角槽式的节流区域对其输出流量进行检测,将通过节流截止阀的流量信号转变为压差信号;在节流截止阀中设置温度补偿装置,利用聚氯乙烯材料的热胀冷缩性来改变节流区域通流面积的大小,以增大或减小节流效果,使进出口压差基本保持不变,以保证切断流量值受温度的影响较小。
